Solutions to health problems” is in the top 3 of most researched topics on google.  I know that the internet is the first thing I turn to when I come across something that I don’t know.  And taking care of my health, and the health of my family, is my number 1 concern. Going to the doctor is far from convenient, it’s expensive, and I haven’t always gotten the attention or the explanations that I have sought when I have been in the doctors’ office.

Golfing in pain and seeing your scores suffer as well?

This golf specific workout will unhitch the glitches in your swing caused by achy muscles, stiffness in your muscles and joints, weakness, and balance issues.  Be the best golfer you can be, and feel awesome doing it!

Repetitive strain injuries account for at least 75% of all the patients that I have seen in the clinic.  Sciatica, carpal tunnel, neck & back strain, wrist, rotator cuff, knee, calf strains, you name it. Athletes, office workers, physical labor jobs, retired folk… these injuries don’t discriminate.   BUT….

Repetitive strain injuries are ALL PREVENTABLE.

Schedule a private one-on-one session, and I’ll address all of your concerns and get you on the right path to getting rid of your injury once and for all. I look forward to working with you!
Golfing with pain or stiffness or with poor balance can lead to an injury and lower golf scores. Unhitch that Glitch and enjoy the game you love even more.
