My name is Josie, & I’m a licensed physical therapist.

In 6 weeks time I want to empower you with the knowledge that it takes to eliminate your shoulder pain and avoid injuries in the future.

In a short amount of time you’ll have all the tools you need for a long term solution for lifelong shoulder health.  

These digital courses in and of themselves are a $100 value, but are included for free in your $200 Healthy Shoulder package deal.

All of this for a one time payment of $200.

  • live video sessions are one-on-one with me using zoom so that we can see each other.  I can evaluate your movements, and you can see me demonstrate the exercises.
  • The program includes two 40 minute sessions.  We’ll start your journey off with one of these, and typically the second video session happens about 2 weeks later when you’re ready to progress your exercises. The program also includes four 15 minute telecalls.

Check-ups are designed to make sure you are staying on track and to answer any questions or to make minor adjustments in your form or program intensity.   A key component to success is that you work on your home exercise program daily.  This is a must – so make sure you are up to the task before signing up.  I will do everything I can to make you comfortable with the exercises and that they are safe and convenient for you to do in your available space.  After the first session I will make a video for you. It will be of me demonstrating your exact exercises mentioning tips on form and all those little details that we already went over but that can be easily forgotten.

On top of all of this, you are also given digital access to the 4 online shoulder courses that I have created, and they also come with printable illustrated exercises.  These programs are a great way to supplement your personalized routine and offer some variety for your muscles.
