Symptoms

There is a “tunnel”, or groove, along the inside of your elbow that is home to your ulnar nerve. When compressed or inflamed, you’ll get tingling, pain, and weakness down your forearm to your pinky finger. Stretching and nerve gliding exercises will help take your symptoms away. If you whack it really hard on something, you’ve hit your “funny bone”.

Treatment

If the muscles and tendons that attach near or pass over the cubital tunnel area are tight, that could cause irritation of the nerve. There are stretches that target those muscles specifically, and there are stretches for the nerves as well.
